Kids Yoga
Our after-school kids yoga classes are designed to give children a fun, energetic, and grounding way to move their bodies and reset after a busy day. These sessions are playful and light—filled with simple poses, games, breathing, and a little rest at the end.
Yoga provides a space for kids to move freely, feel deeply, and reset with intention. It’s a moment in their day to notice how they feel, to respond with care rather than impulse, to find calm when things feel loud, and to grow more aware of their thoughts, bodies, and relationships.
Each class includes:
- Easy-to-follow movement and yoga-inspired games
- Basic breathing techniques to encourage calm and focus
- A few minutes of quiet time or guided rest
- Age-appropriate music, themes, and lots of laughter
We keep things simple and fun—nothing too serious, but always intentional.
